Hello, My name is Vern Beechy

I just want You to know a little bit about me and why I have chosen the Home Inspection buisness.

I've been married for 32yrs. and have 5 children

I enjoy working with people who care about their house and home.I have a lot of experience working on houses and I enjoyed doing that type of work.It makes you feel good when a job is well done.

Inspecting homes also offers similar type of rewards.Just knowing that I helped some one know what condition the building is in that they are selling or buying can be very rewarding.

Our Business

What I like to do is meet the buyer or seller with your realtor on site so I can show you any thing that may have a concern.

Although you do not have to be there for the inspection most people prefer to be  there. Sometimes it is easier to understand something when you can see it in person.

I do not write the report on site .I take notes and photos on site and then I write the report in my office where I can write a thorough report with pictures for you.

Did You know that when they dig the hole for your fondation that some times the dirt is loosen up as much as 4 inches deep and when the footings are formed they must dig down to solid soil before they pour the concrete? If they don't the weight of the foundation and the house can settle down and crack the footings and the foundation and may start leaking water.

How many times have you heard oh thats just a settlement crack over the doorway,it could be because they pieced in the drywall rather than cut it out of a full sheet or the jacks under the header were'nt tight.

These are just a few things that if inspected before they are covered can be fixed.
