If you are buying a house you  want to find out if the roof is on its last leg and has too be torn off and replaced or the central air conditioning compressor is shot.     

What We Do

When I inspect Your House

I inspect everything to make sure it is operable and in good shape,if it looks worn out or close to being replace.

I inspect the out side of the house from top to bottom.

That is: roof & gutters,siding,trim, windows.doors,brick and mortor ,overhangs,decks,railing,porches,

driveways,chimneys,flashing,qaulking,

sidewalks,fences,slope on landscape around the house.

  On the inside of the house I inspect:

the basement or crawlspace.foundation,electric outlets and and switches as well as the service box(fuse box),furnace, air conditioning(if temp. is above 60 degress),the structure-floor joists beams and columns,plumbing,water pressure,tile counter top ,cabinets,hot water heater,doors,windows.

In the attic I check for leaks from the roof,the structure of the roof  and celling joists,insulation,any piping running throug the attic,and ventilation
